Manufacture process
We build some of our machinery to increase productivity.
We manufacture all of our pressure gauge parts from start to finish in Mexico.
1. Cash Production
We cut, drill and grind the box mold.
2. Socket Production
We machine and drill our socket holes to specific measurements.
3. Welding
We join our socket with the bourdon tube to assemble the mechanism.
4. Micro-machining
We assemble the mechanism and rivet the arm.
5. Calibration
Using automatic calibrators, we test 100% of production batches.
6. Binding
We compact the box to seal the contents.
7. Leak Test
We check that the pressure gauge has no air leaks.
